Carrie RothCarrie recently served as Commissioner of the Virginia Employment Commission and Advisor to the Governor for Strategic Initiatives. Prior to her service in the Youngkin Administration, Carrie was the founder of Rerouted, a strategic growth and communications consultancy, with over 30 years of broad experience as an entrepreneur, political and non-profit leader. She also served for a decade on the Virginia Board of Workforce Development.
Angela has served as a member of the Hanover Board of Supervisors since 2012 and served as the Chief Local Elected Officials on the Capital Region Workforce Development Board. She brings significant experience in executive leadership, budget management and allocation, infrastructure planning, regional collaboration, and economic development to the DWDA.
Kathy served in the Virginia House of Delegates since 1998, including time as Chair of the House Committee on Commerce & Energy. She was a charter member of the Virginia Board of Workforce Development and is widely recognized as a workforce development policy leader.
