You are cordially invited to participate in our upcoming PATUXENT RIVER JOB FAIR TO BE HELD AT THE PATUXENT RIVER NAVAL AIR MUSEUM (22156 Three Notch Road, Lexington Park, MD 20653, next to Gate 1). These events are generally held four times per year (January, April, August, and November) and marketed heavily to the Patuxent River community and supported by the Fleet and Family Support Center-Patuxent River Naval Air Station. All transitioning military and family members are encouraged to participate. The Pax River events bring consistently 25-35+ companies and 200+ attendees. All job seekers and industries are invited!

All military/spouses and other job candidates are encouraged to attend. Job Seekers will have varied backgrounds from entry to senior level. A large percentage will have military-specific, aviation-related, DoD background, electronics, information technology, operations, security, administration, telecommunications, networking, engineering, and much more. A large number of candidates will possess an active clearance of all levels (Secret, Top Secret, to Poly). These events attract attendees from surrounding areas of Maryland, D.C., and Virginia.

For the April 22nd job fair, Maurice Wilson from NVTSI.ORG (San Diego) will be presenting two workshops:

**11:00 AM – 12:30 PM – REBOOT Job Readiness Seminar**

This is a 1.5-hour pre-fair REBOOT™ workshop designed for military and veteran job seekers. It offers tools, confidence, and mindset preparation for the Job Fair, preparing candidates to be ready to engage, which means stronger conversations and better outcomes for both sides.

**12:30 PM** Job candidates will break for lunch and return to the job fair anytime from 2 PM to 6 PM.

**12:45 PM – 1:15 PM – DIGITAL RECRUITING WORKSHOP FOR EMPLOYERS**

A 30-minute intro session on Job-Set.AI, this workshop offers employers a crash course on smarter digital recruiting and how to leverage the VCIP subscription model we just rolled out.
